Executive Power BI suite unifying A&E, bed capacity and staffing data into real-time operational dashboards.
Designed and delivered a Trust-wide operational intelligence platform for an NHS acute Trust. Consolidated data from patient administration, bed management and rostering systems into a star-schema warehouse, with a Power BI reporting layer surfacing A&E four-hour performance, bed occupancy and staffing gaps.
Row-Level Security ensured each directorate saw only its own data, and DAX measures were optimised to keep dashboard load times under one second across 40+ visuals. The platform replaced a manual weekly spreadsheet process, giving managers live figures multiple times a day.
