Insurance Claims Analytics Dashboard

Claims performance dashboard tracking loss ratios, fraud indicators and settlement times for an insurer.

Developed a claims analytics dashboard for an insurance provider, bringing together policy, claims and payments data. DAX measures track loss ratios, average settlement time and early fraud indicators, with drill-through from portfolio level to individual claims.

Tuned the underlying SQL and star schema so that year-on-year comparisons across millions of claims render instantly for the actuarial and claims-handling teams.
